DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Address and Contact Details: When placing an order with KOM for delivery to you, we require a physical street address not a PO Box number. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, he/she is responsible for followup and possible re-shipping costs.

Australian Deliveries (2-4 business days)
Delivery Lead Time : Fast Australia-wide Delivery! For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 2-4 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

Delivery Charges
Your freight charge is calculated by state destination, size and weight. We will not process the final amount on your nominated card until you have received a confirmation email from us outlining you freight costs and options. Unlike other sites we do not make money on freight charges however we appreciate the urgency you may have for some products and will find the fastest way to get your product to you within a budget that suits you.

International Deliveries -New Zealand only (5-7 business days)
Shipping by International Post. From AU$28 to NZ. (Delivery charge dependent on weight) There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has increased, KOM will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.

Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please call us on 02 9908 1745 or email: enquiries@komcyclery.com.au and we will send you a fax copy.

Delivery Carriers
- For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australian Air Express (Australia's Premium Delivery Service).

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery Guarantee
After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order. KOM staff will process your order as soon as possible and provide you with regular updates.

RETURNS POLICY
KOM offers a 7 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact enquiries@komcyclery.com.au. Please call 02-9908 1745 or e-mail enquiries@komcyclery.com.au. Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return.

Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements
All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. KOM reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Non-Defective Goods Fee
For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that is found to be non-faulty, a $50 non-fault fee will be payable or “Non-Defective Items” Policy may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; KOM will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). KOM will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will payment and organise courier pick-up or other means of return delivery. KOM will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer. If the customer requests that the new product be shipped prior to KOM receiving the product to be exchanged, KOM will invoice and charge the customer’s credit card for the new product. Upon receipt of the original product, KOM will credit your account and credit card. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . A customer can request this in the "Order Comments" during an order. The insurance charge will be $4 for every $100.

Defective Goods Policy
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to KOM within 30 days from the invoice date, at KOM's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item.After 7 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Non-Defective Goods Policy
Although KOM is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items. KOM reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date. **Note: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
